National Orders:
All national orders on BRICKTONE products/services are sent via 24 hours express shipping.
If your order adds up to 100,00€ or higher you will be eligible for free shipping, while for those orders below that amount the shipping charge will be an additional 8€ charge.
We estimate you will get your order within 1 to 3 business days from the moment you make your order.
Due that all our products are built or modified by hand, BRICKTONE keeps the right to extend the delivery period in case we don´t have an item on stock at that time. In that case BICKTONE will notify the waiting time to receive the product. We beg you to think of this as a compromise with the quality of our products.
International Orders:
In case you would like to place an order from a country other than Spain, please contact us in this address, giving details of the delivery address. We will check available shipping methods, prices and delivery times for your country.
BRICKTONE compromises itself to give you an estimate of shipping charges for your country within 2 business days.
Please note that you may have to attend custom taxes derived from goods imports and that those charges differ from one country to another. We advise you to get in contact with your customs department in order to know about those charges, you will be the only one responsible to attend those taxes.
